The Starship Sagittarius is investigating the presence of an Andorian cutter seen orbiting Sigma Octantis III, a world designated as a Federation protectorate. Its Human inhabitants were last observed to be the Richter Scale of Cultures' equivalent to the Wild West of North America in the late 1800’s. Can the landing party from the Sagittarius ensure that the planet remains protected from any incursions, accidental or otherwise, by the Andorians?
