Hi, I'm Alei and I am sooo pleased to meet you all!!!   I've been writing stories about Star Trek in my head since I was a little girl and I have enjoyed everything that I have seen about Trek (including Enterprise and Discovery, just don't tell my friends ok?). But my true love and what has always given my imagination the most mileage is the original Star Trek.  While I've loved the Enterprise and all her characters (I mean, who wouldn't) I've always been fascinated about all the nooks and crannies around the edges, the parts of the universe that aren't always apparent.   Anyways, one day all these stories just couldn't stay inside my over stressed brain so I began to write them down and ... well, that brought me here.     Who me? Well, I'm an accountant (watch for my next novel Bean Counters in Space!!  ... just joking there) and I'm originally a High Desert Girl from the great state of Oregon (USA) but now I kind of go where the beans need most to be counted.  I have a wife, three cats, two daughters and a partridge in a pear tree.     All that being said, I am really glad to be here with all these amazingly talented writers (you all are, you know) and I really hope you enjoy me being here as I am!!
