It’s a regular day for the crew of the USS Enterprise-D, that is, until they find an eighty-year-old shuttle spinning through space with a sole occupant aboard frozen in suspended animation.  They take it aboard to find a man out of time, who history said was lost under mysterious circumstances.  Jack Bairnson, captain of the late Enterprise-B, finds himself a man out of time, and there are players who are not happy with his reappearance on the galactic stage.

A tale of two Enterprises, it’s up to the wily Jack Bairnson to come through and perhaps put right what once went wrong….
